How to make an Irish Coffee

We love love love an Irish Coffee, especially in the deepest darkest months. If you’ve just walked in the door, freezing cold, and are ready for a warming beverage, look no further than this beauty. Balancing the classic toffee and caramel flavours of our distillery with the spicy and peppery notes of our rye, the bitterness of coffee and the richness of the whipped cream creates something truly special.

Irish Coffee Ingredients

  • A double espresso
  • 50ml Oxford Rye (or any of our whiskies)
  • Simple syrup to taste
  • Whipped cream

Irish Coffee step-by-step recipe

  1. Prepare your double espresso
  2. Add the Oxford Rye to your hot coffee
  3. Add simple syrup to taste
  4. Top with whipped cream
  5. Enjoy!
