Working with heritage grains, we are on a mission to not only produce uniquely delicious whiskies but also to lead the revolution in tackling sustainable farming and grain production.

Now backed by Diageo drinks accelerator Distill Ventures, we have significant growth plans both in the UK and across international markets.

These new members of the team will all play a vital role in the delivery of these plans and the exciting journey ahead.

Distiller - The Oxford Artisan Distillery

Hours: 40 hours per week, rotational shift pattern over 5 days Mon-Sat
Salary: from £28,000 per annum
Benefits: 25 days annual leave, pension

We are expanding the distilling function at The Oxford Artisan Distillery and are looking for experienced/qualified Distillers to join our team. Based at the Distillers, the team of three distillers are responsible for day-to-day aspects of production, including recipe execution and quality control. Distillers work closely with the Master Distiller and Production Manager to deliver a high quality of product. Occasional travel to other sites may be required.

We are looking for a candidate in this role who has a formal qualification in distilling/brewing or other relevant subject, or can demonstrate equivalent level of knowledge/experience.
